Refund & Return Policy

1. Our Commitment

We stand behind every service we deliver. If you are not satisfied, we will do everything reasonable to make it right before processing any refund.

2. Hour Packages

Unused hours may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, minus hours already worked. Hours applied to completed work are non-refundable. Submit refund requests to hello@tradestackdev.com with your order details.

3. Custom Projects

• Deposits: Non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover initial planning and setup time.
• Milestone payments: Non-refundable for completed milestones.
• Final payment: We address all concerns before requesting final payment. We do not issue refunds after the final payment is made and project is accepted.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

Unlimited revisions are included within the agreed scope until you are satisfied. If we cannot deliver what was agreed in writing, we will issue a full or partial refund based on work completed.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time with written notice. You will be billed for work completed at the agreed rate. Prepaid amounts beyond completed work will be refunded within 10 business days.

6. Monthly Retainer Services

Monthly marketing and SEO retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable. No long-term contracts are required.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@tradestackdev.com with your name, order details, and reason. We respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days.
