TradeStackDev provides custom WordPress development, Python automation, AI/ML integration, cloud infrastructure, digital marketing, SEO, and related technology services on a contract, freelance, and hourly basis. All services are performed remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All hour packages must be paid in full before work begins. Hours are valid for 90 days. Accepted payment methods: Cash App, Zelle, and Wire Transfer. All prices are in USD.
Custom project pricing is agreed upon in writing before work begins. A deposit of up to 50% may be required for projects over $500. The remaining balance is due upon completion before final files or access are delivered.
Unlimited reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope. Requests outside the original scope may be billed as additional hours at the agreed rate.
Upon full payment, the client owns all custom deliverables created for their project. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing. Pre-existing tools and frameworks remain our property.
Clients must provide timely feedback, credentials, content, and assets. Delays caused by the client will affect delivery timelines accordingly.
We work until you are satisfied within the agreed scope. The guarantee does not cover change-of-mind requests outside the original scope.
TradeStackDev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
All client information, business data, and project details are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
